Marketing and Events Manager RVH Foundation

Elevate RVH Foundation’s mission as the Marketing and Events Manager. This role drives campaigns, community engagement, and high-quality events to foster giving and enhance connections.

As a key member of the RVH Foundation, you will oversee integrated marketing strategies and a portfolio of impactful events. Collaborating closely with the Director of Marketing & Donor Experience, you will ensure alignment across channels, drive sponsorship opportunities, and engage volunteers effectively. Your strong organizational and creative skills will be essential in developing content that resonates with the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms

• Manage direct marketing initiatives for donor acquisition and retention

• Oversee execution of signature and third-party events

• Develop and implement sponsorship strategies and marketing promotions

• Track and report on campaign and event performance metrics

Requirements:

• 5–10 years in marketing and fundraising roles

• Proven experience with revenue-generating campaigns

• Strong understanding of donor acquisition and retention principles

• Advanced skills in digital and direct marketing

• Excellent communication and project management abilities
