Position Overview

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Marketing Director in the automotive sector in Barrie, Ontario. This role leads national marketing strategy for a major consumer brand in the power sports sector.

• Develop and execute national marketing and advertising strategies
• Lead brand positioning, aligning with global marketing direction
• Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and ROI performance tracking
• Oversee promotions, sponsor ships, events, and campaign execution
• Drive dealer engagement and traffic through targeted marketing programs
• Lead the development of sales and marketing materials across product lines
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing effectiveness
• Mentor and lead a high‑performing marketing team

• 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience
• Proven experience within the power sports / recreational vehicle industry (mandatory)
• Strong background in consumer product branding and go‑to‑market strategy
• Experience managing large marketing budgets and campaigns
• Demonstrated success leading and developing high‑performing teams
• Expertise in both traditional and digital marketing channels
• Strong stakeholder management across internal teams and external partners
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills

• Total rewards: $155,000 – $165,000 annually
