Location: Central
Serve as incumbent priest for two Anglican parishes in Prince Edward County, bringing pastoral leadership, preaching, and Christian formation. Support distinct congregations through collaborative ministry and worship.
The Bishop of Ontario seeks an incumbent for St. Andrew’s, Wellington, and St. Philip’s, Milford. The successful candidate will value each congregation’s character while encouraging lay leadership, nurturing spiritual growth, and strengthening community service. Ministry includes prayer, worship, preaching, evangelism, and mission discernment.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve the parishes of St. Andrew’s and St. Philip’s
- Lead preaching, worship, prayer, and Christian formation
- Encourage lay leadership across both congregations
- Build on traditions of hospitality and community service
- Help discern opportunities for mission, evangelism, and growth
- Be a collaborative and pastoral priest
- Value each congregation’s distinctive character and identity
- Nurture spiritual growth through parish ministry
- Support traditional Anglican worship and lay ministry
- Obtain diocesan bishop permission before applying, if applicable
