Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate clinical operations and team dynamics
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff for growth

Requirements:
• Registered with BC College of Nurses as RN/RPN
• 3-5 years of nursing experience, 2 years in clinical roles
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Proven dedication to collaborative practice
