As a Nurse (RN or RPN) with the organization, you will play a vital role in monitoring the health and well-being of our residents, while providing leadership and compassionate care. Your RN, RPN responsibilities will include coordinating residents’ health needs, managing medication programs, and ensuring quality assurance and regulatory compliance. You’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and your dedicated team, all while finding deep fulfillment in your work.

• Identify and address ongoing resident needs to promote the highest quality of care.
• Conduct resident evaluations, wellness visits, and documentation.
• Monitor and follow up on any resident falls, accidents, or incidents.
• Assist with medication management, including transcribing orders and auditing MARs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of key quality assurance and regulatory areas.
• Contribute to the organization’s engagement and improvement initiatives.

• Current BCCNM license as an RN, Registered Nurse; RPN, Registered Psychiatric Nurse.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in home health, assisted living, or long‑term care (preferred).
• Strong assessment, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new applications.
