Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Document patient care and follow up on concerns

• Promote preventative health education to residents

• Ensure timely completion of assessments and care plans

• Guide unregulated workers in daily tasks
Requirements:

• Registered Practical Nurse certification with College of Ontario

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required

• Certification in medication administration needed

• At least one year experience in geriatrics

• Must pass Vulnerable Sector Check
