Position: Registered Practical Nurse at Sienna Senior Living

Reporting to the Director of Care, your focus will be on delivering nursing care while supervising Personal Support Workers and ensuring resident satisfaction. You will implement established nursing practices and create a supportive environment through teamwork and effective communication. Regular resident assessments and family interactions will be key aspects of your duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care in accordance with care plans

• Ensure delivery of excellent personal and nursing care

• Communicate regularly with residents and their families

• Supervise the unregulated team members on your unit

• Manage resident admissions and ongoing assessments
Requirements:

• Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the Ontario College of Nurses

• Experience in Geriatrics or Rehabilitation preferred

• Strong judgment skills and ability to manage risks

• Legally eligible to work in Canada

• Must pass Vulnerable Sector Check
