Reporting directly to the Director of Care, you will ensure compliance with policies and enhance the quality of life for seniors. Your experience in geriatrics or rehabilitation is valued, along with your ability to foster teamwork and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care as per established policies and orders

• Deliver excellent personal care using sound nursing principles

• Create a welcoming environment through teamwork

• Oversee resident care and communicate with families

• Supervise assigned Personal Support Workers

Requirements:

• Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses

• Experience in geriatrics or senior health is an asset

• Strong judgement and risk identification skills

• Legally eligible to work in Canada

• Complete a Vulnerable Sector Check
