This role offers the chance to provide essential healthcare services, perform comprehensive assessments, and create person-centered care plans. You will work collaboratively with physicians and care directors, maintaining a focus on resident safety and quality of life. Clinical leadership will be critical for managing admissions, discharges, and end-of-life care initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for residents

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments across multiple dimensions

• Develop and evaluate personalized care plans collaboratively

• Liaise with interdisciplinary teams for effective care delivery

• Promote resident safety and participate in quality improvement
Requirements:

• Current CNO registration in Extended Class necessary

• BScN mandatory; MSN preferred

• One year of Long Term Care experience preferred

• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and on-call

• Ability to manage physical and emotional demands
