Part-Time Registered Practical Nurse at Sienna

Enhance the lives of seniors as a Registered Practical Nurse at Sienna Senior Living in Barrie, Ontario. This permanent part-time role focuses on personalized care and meaningful resident relationships.

As a key member of our team, you will report to the Director of Care and deliver nursing care aligned with comprehensive resident plans.

Your role will involve providing excellent personal care, overseeing resident communication, and fostering teamwork within our supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care as per established policies and orders

• Ensure excellent nursing and personal care delivery

• Facilitate effective communication between residents and staff

• Oversee and guide Personal Support Workers on the unit

• Conduct ongoing assessments and admissions for residents

Requirements:

• Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with Ontario College of Nurses

• Experience in geriatrics or senior health is an asset

• Strong judgment and risk identification skills

• Legal eligibility to work in Canada

• Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check
