Location: Bradford West Gwillimbury
Be a vital part of Sienna Senior Living as a Registered Practical Nurse. Ensure elderly residents receive personalized care in a compassionate environment.
As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will report to the Director of Care and play a key role in delivering quality nursing services. This role requires strong communication to engage with residents, families, and your support team. You'll supervise Personal Support Workers while providing ongoing assessments of resident health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care as per directives and care protocols
• Ensure high-quality personal care through sound nursing practices
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders
• Supervise and support Personal Support Workers assigned to the unit
• Assess changes in resident conditions regularly
Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with Ontario College of Nurses
• Preferred experience in geriatrics or senior health
• Strong judgment and positive environment creation skills
• Eligible to work in Canada
• Must pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
