As an RN in our Level 3 designated Intensive Care Unit, you will provide exceptional care to patients requiring advanced ventilatory and hemodynamic support. This role demands strong clinical decision-making within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team environment. Contribute to enhancing patient outcomes while optimizing available resources for families who depend on high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver critical care to patients in the ICU

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of health professionals

• Maintain records and ensure patient comfort and safety

• Support families and provide education on care

• Participate in ongoing professional development initiatives
Requirements:

• Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• 1-2 years of acute medical/surgical care experience

• B.C.L.S. certification required; ACLS preferred

• Completed Critical Care Course preferred

• Strong communication skills and clinical judgment
