We are looking for RPNs to work full‑time, open‑ended contracts in either North Bay or Grey Bruce. Staff housing and travel reimbursements provided!

RPNs are expected to complete med passes, provide wound care and assessments to residents following their scope of practice, as outlined by the CNO. Responsibilities vary slightly between facilities and shift to shift and will be communicated during the orientation.

• Registered and in good standing with the CNO.
• Minimum of 1 year of paid work experience.
• Flexibility to work out of town, in different homes and shifts.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Hardworking, compassionate, positive, solution‑oriented, professional, adaptable.
• LTC experience considered and an asset.
• Must have access to own transportation.
• TB skin test within last year.
• CPR within last year.
• Vulnerable sector check within last 6 months.

All necessary PPE will be provided on site.

Plan A staff have exclusive use of Staff Stat, which means you have shifts in the palm of your hand. Scheduling is flexible to meet partner support and your needs.

We work with multiple LTC facilities in the region; commute ranges 5 minutes to an hour. Majority of partners require a minimum of 2 COVID doses. Accommodations for applicants with disabilities are available on request.
