As a member of the Wound Ostomy Continence (WOC) Team, you will engage comprehensively in clinical assessments and program development. This role emphasizes collaboration with a dedicated interprofessional team to deliver cohesive care plans and improve client outcomes through education and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead detailed holistic assessments for wound and ostomy patients
• Develop tailored plans of care alongside interprofessional teams
• Provide mentorship and education to enhance staff competencies
• Promote research initiatives and quality care reviews
• Coordinate knowledge dissemination within the organization
Requirements:
• NSWOCC WOC-EP program completion necessary
• Must be a Registered Nurse with active certification
• Excellent communication and teaching skills needed
• Commitment to ongoing education and training
• Must possess a vehicle and driver’s license
