As a part-time Registered Practical Nurse, you will work within the Transitional Care Unit, providing vital care under the guidance of experienced nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care for assigned shifts
• Collaborate with the nursing team and facility staff
• Maintain documentation per regulatory standards
• Foster a therapeutic environment for patients
• Adapt care to individual patient needs
Requirements:
• RPN Diploma with current licensure
• 300+ hours of experience in relevant settings
• Current Basic Life Support certification
• N95 Mask Fit Test Certificate required
• Proof of recent vaccinations and TB test
