Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care aligned with established protocols and orders

• Apply sound principles for delivering quality personal care

• Promote a supportive environment through teamwork and communications

• Oversee resident assessments and interact with families

• Supervise Personal Support Workers on the unit

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Registered Practical Nurse license in Ontario

• Experience in Geriatrics or health care is a plus

• Strong judgment and risk assessment capabilities

• Must legally work in Canada

• Complete a Vulnerable Sector Check
