Position: Bradford Valley Registered Practical Nurse Opportunity

Be an essential part of the care team at Sienna Senior Living as a Registered Practical Nurse in Bradford Valley, Ontario. Your skills will ensure residents receive high-quality, supportive nursing care.

As an RPN, you will report directly to the Director of Care, focusing on excellent nursing delivery based on established policies and resident health plans. Effective communication is vital for collaborating with residents and staff, creating a welcoming atmosphere. You will also oversee Personal Support Workers for optimal care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care according to established guidelines and physician orders

• Ensure residents receive personal care using best practices

• Foster an inclusive environment through teamwork

• Communicate regularly with residents and families

• Assess and manage resident admissions and status changes

Requirements:

• Valid RPN designation with Ontario College of Nurses

• Experience in geriatrics or rehabilitation preferred

• Strong judgment and teamwork skills

• Eligible to work in Canada with valid permits

• Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check
