Position: Registered Practical Nurse at Sienna Senior Living

In this critical nursing role, you will report to the Director of Care and oversee vital resident services. Collaborate with families while fostering a nurturing atmosphere for our seniors. Your responsibilities will include informing and supporting your team to maintain exceptional care standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer nursing care as per care plans and physician's orders

• Provide excellent personal care following nursing principles

• Communicate effectively for strong team collaboration

• Guide Personal Support Workers assigned to your unit

• Conduct assessments for new admissions and status changes

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Practical Nurse status in Ontario

• Experience in geriatrics or rehabilitation preferred

• Strong judgment and risk management skills

• Legally authorized to work in Canada

• Successful completion of a background check
