Responsibilities- Provide clinical assessments for HIV and HCV patients

- Collaborate on HIV/AIDS treatment policy development
- Support community outreach and engagement initiatives
- Registered Nurse Practitioner with CNO standing
- At least five years of relevant clinical experience
- Proficient in EHR systems for documentation
- Robust understanding of harm reduction practices
- Valid Ontario driver's license for community outreach
