Reporting to the Director of Care, you will oversee resident services, communicate with families, and ensure all team members are supported. Your goal will be to maintain high standards of care while creating a nurturing environment for seniors.

• Administer nursing care based on care plans and physician's orders
• Ensure delivery of excellent personal care as per nursing principles
• Foster teamwork through effective staff communication
• Guide Personal Support Workers assigned to your unit
• Conduct ongoing assessments for resident admissions or status changes

• Valid Registered Practical Nurse status in Ontario
• Experience in geriatrics or rehabilitation is an asset
• Excellent judgment and risk management capabilities
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Successful completion of a background check
