Georgian Bay General Hospital (GBGH) is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Level 3 Intensive Care Unit in Midland. In this role, you will care for patients needing advanced ventilatory and hemodynamic support. You'll be part of an interdisciplinary team focused on maximizing patient outcomes and resources while adhering to GBGH’s mission of personal care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide critical care to Level 3 patients

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team

• Adapt to fast-paced patient care environments

• Monitor and assess patient conditions consistently

• Support process improvement initiatives within the unit

Requirements:

• Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Minimum of 1-2 years acute care experience

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification

• Completion of a Critical Care Course preferred

• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
