Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clinical assessments for HIV and HCV patients
• Engage in thorough patient consultations for tailored care
• Maintain accurate patient records in Accuro EMR
• Collaborate on HIV/AIDS treatment policy development
• Support community outreach and engagement initiatives
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse Practitioner with CNO standing
• Minimum five years of relevant clinical experience
• Proficient in EHR systems for effective documentation
• Strong understanding of harm reduction practices
• Valid Ontario driver's license for outreach activities
