In this role, you will assess resident needs and implement care plans in accordance with provincial nursing standards. Reporting to the Director of Care allows you to collaborate closely with residents and their families, ensuring a personalized approach to healthcare. Your expertise will lead to high-quality practices that support seniors in leading fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and plan individualized resident care

• Manage the administration of medications as required

• Collaborate with team members for holistic care

• Create and revise care plans involving residents

• Mentor and train nursing staff in best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent required

• Registered Nurse certification with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Understanding of geriatric care standards

• Effective communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks based on patient needs
