This Nurse Practitioner role is part-time and essential to our dedicated clinic team serving the community's health needs. You will work closely with in-house physicians, ensuring proper patient care coordination and documentation. Your skills in advanced nursing care will play a crucial role in the overall success of patient outcomes in our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in person at the clinic

• Coordinate with healthcare partners for comprehensive care

• Document patient information for medico-legal processes

• Follow clinic protocols and procedures diligently

• Conduct interviews and arrange appointments for follow-ups
Requirements:

• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent

• Knowledge of health assessment and medical care

• Minimum one year recent experience in primary care nursing

• Excellent communication and focus on patient care
