GBGH in Midland, Ontario is seeking an experienced RN for its intensive care unit. In this role, you will provide advanced ventilatory and hemodynamic support to patients in critical condition. Key Responsibilities:
• Care for critically-ill patients requiring complex medical support
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Participate in process improvements and patient care strategies
• Maintain high standards of clinical decision-making skills
• Provide excellent communication with patients and families
Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• 1 to 2 years of acute care experience required
• Basic Cardiac Life Support and ACLS certification
• Critical Care Course completion preferred
• Commitment to professional development and GBGH’s values
