Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality nursing care in community settings
• Assess client needs and create tailored care plans
• Maintain effective communication with patients and families
• Respond promptly to emergencies and patient needs

Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
• Current RPN registration in good standing
• CPR certification (Level C or BLS)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Clear criminal background check and TB test
