Key Responsibilities:
• Administer injectable medications as per physician orders

• Ensure accuracy in patient information in Electronic Medical Records
• Update physicians on patient progress and emergencies
Requirements:
• Completed Diploma in Registered Practical Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Experience in addiction treatment preferred
• Registered with the Ontario College of Nurses
• Recent Criminal Reference Check is mandatory
• First Aid and CPR Certification required
