GBGH is looking for dedicated RNs to join our Level 3 Intensive Care Unit located in Midland, Ontario. You will be essential in caring for patients needing specialized medical support and optimizing safety for patients and families. Collaborate with a skilled team aimed at delivering superior health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide critical care for patients in need of intensive support

• Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare environment

• Engage in continuous process improvement initiatives

• Demonstrate critical thinking and strong clinical judgment

• Foster open communication with patients and healthcare providers

Requirements:

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant acute care experience

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification

• ACLS certification expected within six months

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and GBGH’s mission
