Join Honda as an Emergency Response Nurse within the Safety Medical department. This role focuses on providing primary care and managing emergency situations on an assigned shift.
As a Shift Nurse, you will be essential in responding to injuries, managing treatment plans, and promoting associate wellbeing across HCM campus. You will work collaboratively with supervisors and health professionals to ensure the health and safety of all associates, while also maintaining accurate medical records for compliance. Your proactive approach will empower wellness initiatives within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat associate illnesses and injuries

• Conduct transitional work program evaluations

• Manage medical emergencies effectively

• Coordinate with medical professionals for treatment plans

• Support initiatives like health fairs and flu clinics
Requirements:

• Nursing qualifications (RPN diploma or RN degree)

• Registration with the College of Nurses

• Knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Flexibility in shift rotation and overtime availability
