At Sienna Senior Living, you will provide nursing care based on established protocols while creating a nurturing atmosphere. You'll work closely with Personal Support Workers to deliver exceptional care and maintain effective communication with residents and their families. This role is vital in ensuring residents feel comfortable, respected, and valued.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care according to resident care plans
• Ensure high-quality personal and nursing service delivery
• Create a welcoming environment through effective teamwork
• Foster communication with residents and their families
• Supervise Personal Support Workers assigned to the unit
Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with Ontario College
• Experience in geriatrics or rehabilitation is beneficial
• Strong judgment and risk management abilities
• Must be eligible to work in Canada
• Pass a Vulnerable Sector Check if required
