Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care per established policies and plans

• Foster a welcoming environment through effective teamwork

• Supervise Personal Support Workers assigned to the unit

• Conduct ongoing resident assessments during admissions

• Communicate regularly with residents and their families

Requirements:

• Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with Ontario College of Nurses

• Experience in geriatrics or senior health preferred

• Strong judgment skills to identify risk

• Eligibility to work in Canada

• Pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
