Join SE Health's Wound Ostomy Continence team as a specialized Nurse in Barrie. Your expertise will enhance care for individuals with wounds, ostomies, and continence concerns.
As a Nurse specialized in Wound, Ostomy, and Continence at SE Health, you will engage in holistic assessments and personalized care plans. Collaborate with interprofessional teams while providing education and consultation. This position includes a $7,500 sign-on bonus and benefits, contributing to your professional growth and patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed assessments for wound and ostomy concerns
• Develop and evaluate personalized treatment plans
• Mentor staff to enhance team knowledge
• Provide consultation to healthcare providers
• Collaborate with teams to streamline care services
Requirements:
• Completion of NSWOCC WOC-EP program
• Current RN license in Ontario
• Membership in NSWOC Canada preferred
• Willingness to travel between clients
• Strong communication and teaching skills
