Med​/Surg Registered Nurse at Stevenson

Stevenson Memorial Hospital seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse for its Med/Surg unit. Provide patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced environment while adhering to hospital standards and guidelines.

In this role, you will be responsible for high-quality nursing care, working closely with an interdisciplinary team. The position requires ongoing compliance with nursing regulations such as BCLS and ACLS. You'll provide exceptional patient care, promoting safety and effective communication while maintaining a supportive atmosphere for both patients and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient and family-focused nursing care

• Initiate and maintain IV therapy effectively

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient outcomes

• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures

• Facilitate therapeutic relationships with patients and families

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with CNO in good standing

• Current BCLS certification required

• ACLS certification or commitment within three months

• Experience in inpatient medicine/surgery preferred

• Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends
