This role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care that supports client comfort and safety in their homes. Compass Homecare values compassionate service and offers consistent scheduling across 3-4 shifts per week. You'll be responsible for carrying out individualized care plans and using your clinical skills to deliver the best care possible.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care per individualized care plans
• Assist clients with personal care and mobility
• Administer medications while monitoring effects
• Perform wound care, injections, and health checks
• Maintain accurate documentation using electronic systems
Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Reliable transportation for traveling to clients
• Previous experience in homecare is an asset
• Current BLS certification and negative TB test
