Part-Time Registered Practical Nurse

Embrace a fulfilling nursing role with Sienna Senior Living in Barrie, Ontario. As a part-time Registered Practical Nurse, you’ll provide compassionate care while building strong relationships with residents.

This temporary position reports to the Director of Care, vital in enhancing the quality of life for seniors ’ll use sound nursing practices to ensure effective personal care and create a welcoming environment for residents. This role also involves supervising Personal Support Workers while communicating regularly with residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care aligned with policies and care plans

• Deliver excellent nursing and personal care consistently

• Foster a supportive environment through teamwork

• Oversee resident care and family communication

• Supervise Personal Support Workers on assigned units

Requirements:

• Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with Ontario College

• Experience in geriatrics or senior health is preferred

• Strong judgment and ability to identify risks

• Legally eligible to work in Canada

• Pass Vulnerable Sector Check
