Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and implement care plans for residents
• Administer medication and document care accurately
• Collaborate effectively with health decision-makers
• Create personalized care goals with residents
• Engage in interdisciplinary meetings for resident care
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or similar degree
• Active RN registration with the appropriate college
• Strong nursing practice knowledge in geriatrics
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Computer skills proficient in relevant applications
