This position is ideal for a Registered Practical Nurse looking to enhance the quality of life for seniors will deliver nursing care based on physician orders and foster a positive atmosphere among staff and residents alike. Key responsibilities include supervising support workers and maintaining regular communication with residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care in line with established policies
• Ensure excellent nursing and personal care delivery
• Foster a supportive and welcoming resident environment
• Supervise Personal Support Workers on the unit
• Conduct assessments for new and changing resident statuses
Requirements:
• Current Registered Practical Nurse license in Ontario
• Geriatrics or rehabilitation experience is a plus
• Strong judgment and risk assessment skills
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
• Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check
