Position: Full-Time Registered Practical Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents daily

• Administer medications per physician orders

• Complete accurate assessments and care plans

• Document and communicate effectively with clients and families

• Guide and support unregulated care workers effectively

Requirements:

• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate

• Minimum one year of Geriatric Nursing experience

• Medication Administration Certificate required

• Legally authorized to work in Canada
