Join Jarlette Health Services as a Co-Director of Care in Midland, Ontario in a full-time capacity. This position combines nursing leadership with community-focused care to better serve residents.

As a Co-Director of Care, you will operate under the Director of Care, using your nursing knowledge to ensure optimal resident care practices are in place. Your efforts will focus on managing nursing programs like infection control and wound care, while also overseeing staff recruitment and development. Community engagement and adherence to policies will be key components of your role, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee nursing standards and execution of care protocols

• Manage essential care programs like infection control

• Supervise recruitment and conduct performance evaluations

• Engage in community initiatives and policy development

• Orient new team members and mentor staff growth

Requirements:

• Current Ontario nursing registration certificate

• 2 years of experience in Long Term Care preferred

• Enrollment in Long Term Care Senior Management program

• Committed to continuous education and skill development

• Computer literacy necessary
