Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive patient care in a collaborative unit
• Monitor and evaluate patients' health status
• Guide and support team members in care delivery
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans
• Maintain knowledge of current drugs and treatments
Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current CPR certification required
• Geriatric nursing experience is beneficial
• Nursing certification in specialties is a plus
• Strong counselling and interpersonal abilities
