This role offers flexible hours and requires clinical leadership to support high-quality nursing care. As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will coordinate nursing activities, conduct assessments, and collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team. Your commitment to documentation excellence and safety standards will be vital in this on-site position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide compassionate, person-centered nursing care daily
• Complete nursing assessments and adjust care plans
• Communicate resident status changes to families
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation according to CNO standards
• Support interdisciplinary collaboration and care conferences
Requirements:
• Current RPN registration with the CNO
• CPR/BLS certification and documentation skills
• Knowledge of interRAI assessment processes
• Commitment to person-centered care
• Must obtain Vulnerable Sector Check within six months
