In this vital role, you will provide personal nursing care, develop care plans, and assess residents’ conditions. You will be pivotal in maintaining a safe and supportive environment, ensuring compliance with all applicable standards. Your experience and skills in nursing will directly impact the quality of life for the residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal nursing care per established standards
• Develop and maintain resident care plans collaboratively
• Assess and report changes in residents’ health
• Observe, document, and administer prescribed medications
• Assist in creating a supportive environment for residents
Requirements:
• Two years’ experience as a Registered Practical Nurse
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Criminal Records Check within six months
• Annual CPR recertification proof required
