In this role, you will collaborate with the Director of Care to assess and plan resident needs, ensuring adherence to nursing standards and quality management practices. You’ll be responsible for skilled nursing care delivery and medication administration, focused on enhancing residents' comfort and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent nursing and personal care to residents
• Assess and develop individualized care plans with residents
• Document procedures in compliance with regulations
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary care team
• Provide supervision to nursing and support staff
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent
• Current registration as a Registered Nurse in Ontario
• Strong knowledge of geriatric care practices
• Effective communication skills in English
• Proficiency in computer applications for documentation
