You’ll be responsible for skilled nursing care delivery and medication administration, focused on enhancing residents' comfort and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent nursing and personal care to residents
• Assess and develop individualized care plans with residents
• Document procedures in compliance with regulations
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary care team
• Provide supervision to nursing and support staff
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent
• Current registration as a Registered Nurse in Ontario
• Strong knowledge of geriatric care practices
• Effective communication skills in English
• Proficiency in computer applications for documentation
