Georgian Bay General Hospital is seeking a Critical Care Registered Nurse for its Float Team. This part-time role involves providing vital care in the Emergency Department and Level 3 Intensive Care Unit. You will utilize advanced skills in cardiology, mechanical ventilation, and patient assessment to ensure optimal health outcomes for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide care in emergency and intensive care settings

• Assess and monitor patient conditions continuously

• Apply advanced life support techniques as required

• Collaborate with multidiscipline healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate patient documentation and records

Requirements:

• Active RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• 1-2 years of recent acute care experience

• Knowledge of mechanical ventilation and central line skills

• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities

• Certification in BCLS; ACLS and PALS preferred
