As a key member of our nursing staff, you will ensure quality patient and family-focused care aligned with hospital policies and standards. You’ll engage in various responsibilities, focusing on assessment, organization, and critical thinking to support inpatient medicine and surgery. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver quality nursing care to patients and families
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Conduct assessments and manage patient care plans
• Uphold safety policies to ensure a safe workplace
• Provide emotional support and therapeutic relationships
Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Nurses (CNO)
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Experience in inpatient medicine/surgery preferred
• Management of Aggressive Behaviour certification preferred
• Commit to professional growth and diversity principles
