Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on resident care assessment and service plans

• Adjust staffing levels to align with resident needs

• Oversee the medication administration program effectively

• Supervise the Continence Care Program assessments

• Facilitate onboarding and continuous education for the wellness team

Requirements:

• Registered Practical Nurse with 3+ years in senior care

• Proven leadership and performance improvement skills

• Strong judgment and risk identification abilities

• Excellent technology skills with Microsoft Office

• Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check
