Royal Victoria Reginal Health Centre (RVH) serves the community of Simcoe County and provides highly specialized services including but not limited to:
Stroke, Cardiac, Oncology, Neonatal Intensive Care, Adult & Youth Mental Health, and has been recently designated as a Level III Trauma Centre
. We also serve our local community for emergency care services that sees approximately 90,000 unique patient visits per year.

As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will function interdependently and collaboratively with members of the multidisciplinary team, that includes but not limited to:
Physicians, Registered Practical Nurses, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Geriatric Registered Nurses, Patient Care Assistants, and Phlebotomists. As the RN you assess the needs of adult and pediatric patients requiring care in the Emergency Department, while ensuring there is a safe environment for patients, staff and visitors. You are a professional caregiver who is responsible and accountable for providing quality patient care within a delivery model in accordance with the philosophy, policies and standards of care of RVH, the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) and all relevant legislation.
