Full-Time Registered Nurse at RVH

Enhance patient care as a Full-Time Registered Nurse at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre in Simcoe County. Provide essential nursing services in a multidisciplinary team setting in a growing, supportive environment.

This position is integral to the Emergency Department at RVH, recognized as a Level III Trauma Centre.

Your role will involve assessing adult and pediatric patients while ensuring optimal care and safety. Key collaboration with physicians and various healthcare professionals will empower effective, patient-centered care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patient needs in the Emergency Department

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members

• Maintain a safe environment for patients and staff

• Provide quality nursing care in accordance with policies

• Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Valid Certificate of Registration from CNO

• Minimum one year in emergency or acute nursing

• Certified in BCLS and ACLS

• Competent in arrhythmia interpretation

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
