You will provide essential community care as a Registered Nurse (RN), ensuring patients remain comfortable aMed’s supportive environment fosters autonomy and opportunities for growth, especially for new nurses. You will engage with patients using a patient-focused approach, leveraging tools to assess and respond to complex care needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess individualized patient needs effectively
• Implement and adapt care plans based on assessments

• Maintain up-to-date patient records diligently
• Travel to various patient residences as needed
Requirements:
• Valid CNO registration as a Registered Nurse
• A reliable vehicle and current driver's license
• Experience in community healthcare preferred
• Flexibility and reliability in schedule
